  • We’re marching to Zion

Come, we that love the Lord,
    And let our joys be known;
Join in a song with sweet accord,
Join in a song with sweet accord
    And thus surround the throne,
    And thus surround the throne.

    We’re marching to Zion,
    Beautiful, beautiful Zion;
    We’re marching upward to Zion,
    The beautiful city of God.

    Let those refuse to sing,
    Who never knew our God;
But children of the heavenly King,
But children of the heavenly King
    May speak their joys abroad,
    May speak their joys abroad.

    Then let our songs abound,
    And every tear be dry;
    We’re marching through Immanuel’s ground,
    We’re marching through Immanuel’s ground,
    To fairer worlds on high,
    To fairer worlds on high.

  • We’ve a story to tell

We’ve a story to tell to the nations that
shall turn their hearts to the right
A story of truth and mercy, a story of peace and light
A story of peace and light

For the darkness shall turn to dawning,
and the dawning to noon-day bright
And Christ’s Great Kingdom shall come to earth,
the Kingdom of Love and Light

  • Were you there

Were you there when they crucified my Lord
Were you there when they crucified my Lord
O, sometimes it causes me to trembe, tremble, tremble!
Were you there when they crucified my Lord

Were you there when they nailed Him to the tree
Were you there when they nailed Him to the tree
O, sometimes it causes me to tremble, tremble, tremble!
Were you there when they nailed Him to the tree

  • What are you doing for Jesus

What are you doing for Jesus, as you journey through life
Sowing the grain for the harvest or scattering seeds of strife

What are you doing, doing for Jesus
What are you doing as the days go by
What are you doing, doing for Jesus
What are you doing as the days go by

What are you doing for Jesus! Are you striving each day
By little acts of kindness to brighten someone’s way

What are you doing for Jesus, as the days go by
Telling the lone and the weary of rest beyond the sky

What are you doing for Jesus! Soon comes setting of sun
Hasten and tell the glad tidings, lest you leave some work undone

  • I survey the wondrous cross

When I survey the wondrous cross
on which the Prince of Glory died
My richest gain I count but lost,
and pour contempt on all my pride

See, from His head, His hands,
His feet, sorrow and love flow mingled down
Did e’er such love and sorrow meet,
or thorns compose so rich a crown

Were the whole realm of nature mine,
that were a present far too small
Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my all

  • When we all get to heaven

Sing the wondrous love of Jesus,
sing His mercy and His grace
In the mansions bright and blessed
He’ll prepare a place for us

When we all get to heaven,
what a day of rejoicing that will be!
When we all see Jesus, we’ll
    sing and shout the victory!

While we walk the pilgrim pathway,
    clouds will overspread the sky
But when trav’ling days are over,
not a shadow not a sigh

Let us then be true and faithful,
    trusting serving ev’ryday
Just one glimpse of Him in glory
will the toils of life repay

Onward to the prize before us,
    soon His beauty we’ll behold
Soon the pearly gates will open,
we shall tread the streets of gold

  • Whom shall I fear

You hear me when I call
    You are my morning song
    Though darkness fills the night
    It cannot hide the light
    Whom shall I fear

    You crush the enemy
    Underneath Your feet
You are my sword and shield
    Though troubles linger still
    Whom shall I fear

I know who goes before me, I know who stands behind
The God of angel armies is always by my side
The One who reigns forever, He is a Friend of mine
The God of angel armies is always by my side

My strength is in Your name
    For You alone can save
    You will deliver me
    Yours is the victory
Whom shall I fear! Whom shall I fear

And nothing formed against me shall stand
You hold the whole world in Your hands
I’m holding on to Your promises
You are faithful, You are faithful

  • Why do I sing about Jesus

Deep in my heart there’s a gladness
Jesus has saved me from sin
Praise to His name, what a Saviour!
    Cleansing without and within

Why do I sing about Jesus
Why is He precious to me
He is my Lord and my Saviour
    Dying, He set me free!

Only a glimpse of His goodness
    That was sufficient for me
Only one look at the Saviour
Then was my spirit set free

He is the Fairest of fair ones
He is the Lily, the Rose
    Rivers of mercy surround Him
Grace, love, and pity He shows

  • Why have You chosen me

Why have You chosen me out of millions Your child to be
You know all the wrong that I’ve done
O, how could You pardon me, forgive my iniquity
To save me, give Jesus Your Son

But Lord, help me be what You want me to be
Your Word I will strive to obey
My life I now give, for You I will live
And walk by Your side all the way

I am amazed to know that a God so great could love me so
He’s willing and wanting to bless
His grace is so wonderful, His mercy’s so bountiful
    I can’t understand it, I confess

  • Won my heart

In the darkness there’s a light before me
And it drives away my fear
In the silence there’s a voice that calls me
And it tells me You are near

In the chaos there’s a hand that holds me
And will never let me go
Yes, I know that You are always for me
For Your word has told me so

    I will follow You
    I will walk by faith
    You have brought me near
    By Your unrelenting grace
    I will set my mind
    On the things above
    You have won my heart
    With Your everlasting love

I was lost but then You came and found me
And in love You brought me home
I was dead in sin but then You raised me
I am saved by grace alone

For no height, no depth, no life
No death, no pow’r on earth can take us from Your love
No height, no depth, no life
No death, no pow’r on earth can take us from Your love!
